Cash Workspace legal
Cookie Policy
How Cash Workspace uses cookies and similar technologies, what is essential versus optional, and how to change your consent preference.

What This Policy Covers
Cash Workspace is operated by HELPERG LLC. This Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar storage technologies (such as browser localStorage) on www.cashworkspace.com and the installable Cash Workspace web app. It complements our Privacy Policy.
We use the term "cookies" loosely below to cover any small amount of information stored in your browser, including HTTP cookies, localStorage entries, and similar storage technologies.
Two Categories
Cash Workspace uses two categories of storage: essential technologies that are required to provide the service, and optional technologies (such as analytics or marketing scripts) that only load with your consent. The cookie consent banner shown on your first visit lets you accept all categories or restrict to essential only.
Essential Technologies
- Authentication and session: storage used to keep you signed in to your workspace.
- Security: storage used to detect and prevent abuse, secure session tokens, and protect against cross-site request forgery.
- Cookie consent storage: a localStorage entry named "cw-cookie-consent" that records the choice you made in the cookie banner ("essential_only" or "all") plus a timestamp. No cookie is set for the consent choice itself.
- Service worker / PWA install state: when you install Cash Workspace as a web app, your browser stores the install state and a small offline fallback page. No private workspace HTML is cached.
- In-product preferences: small localStorage entries for UI-only dismissals such as the install-app prompt (separate keys for the public homepage and the workspace).
- Workspace functionality: anything else technically required to load and operate the workspace surface you are signed in to.
Optional Technologies
Optional technologies — for example product analytics or marketing scripts — only load if you select "Accept all" in the cookie consent banner. If you select "Only essential" or have not yet made a choice, optional scripts are not loaded and no related beacons are sent.
Today, the only optional technology that Cash Workspace may load with your consent is a privacy-scrubbed product analytics tracker. Beacons sent by this tracker pass through a network-level guard that strips identifiers such as UUIDs, share tokens, and signed storage URLs before any request leaves your browser. We may add or change optional technologies in the future; we will update this policy when we do.
How to Change Your Choice
You can change your cookie preference at any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the website footer. The banner reopens and lets you switch between "Accept all" and "Only essential". Your most recent choice replaces the previous one.
If you want to fully reset your choice, you can clear the localStorage entry named "cw-cookie-consent" from your browser's developer tools or site-data settings. The banner will then reappear on your next visit.
Browser Controls
Most browsers let you block or clear cookies and localStorage through their site-settings panel, in addition to the controls Cash Workspace provides. Note that blocking essential technologies (authentication, session, security) may prevent the workspace from loading correctly.
