Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Cash Workspace, operated by HELPERG LLC. By using Cash Workspace, you agree to these terms.
Cash Workspace is designed for freelancers, small businesses, and agencies that need a structured software workspace for invoices, expenses, forecasts, fiscal folders, documents, exports, and related financial operations.
Software Workspace Only
Cash Workspace is software. It is not accounting, legal, tax, investment, banking, lending, payment processing, insurance, or regulated financial advice.
You are responsible for your uploaded documents, workspace records, tax filings, accounting decisions, financial decisions, and any professional review needed for your business.
No Guarantee of Tax or Accounting Accuracy
Cash Workspace may help organize information, but we do not guarantee that records, templates, forecasts, document organization, fiscal exports, or calculations are complete, correct, tax-ready, or compliant with laws that apply to you.
You should review financial records with qualified professionals before relying on them for tax, accounting, legal, or business decisions.
Tax Preparation Scope
The Tax Prep workspace is a record-organization and preparation surface. It helps you arrange invoices, expenses, documents, and supporting records for your accountant or filing software, and includes educational mapping content (for example, mapping records to broad concepts such as Form 1040, Schedule C, or AEAT preparation).
Cash Workspace does not file tax returns, complete official IRS / Agencia Tributaria / HMRC / DGFiP / SAT or other tax-authority forms, calculate official tax liability, or submit declarations on your behalf. Country-specific tax rules can change, and you are responsible for verifying requirements with official sources or a qualified professional.
Comments, Feedback, and Workspace Content
Comments left on workspace records and feedback submitted via the in-product feedback form are visible to your workspace team and to the operator for support and product-improvement purposes. Do not include sensitive or regulated information in free-text fields unless you intend the workspace team to see it.
You are responsible for the content you submit. Cash Workspace renders user-submitted text as plain text and does not interpret it as HTML, scripts, or formatted markup.
Installable Web App
Cash Workspace can be installed as a browser-based progressive web app (PWA) on supported browsers — for example via the address-bar install icon on desktop Chrome and Edge, File → Add to Dock on Safari for macOS, or Share → Add to Home Screen on iOS Safari. The installed app runs the same web service under the same authentication and policies as the regular browser experience.
The installed app is not a native desktop or mobile application. Most functionality requires an internet connection; offline availability is limited.
Accounts and Workspace Responsibility
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information uploaded to or entered into your workspace.
- You must ensure that team members invited to a workspace are authorized to access that workspace data.
- You must not upload malicious, unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls, access another workspace without permission, or interfere with service operation.
- Do not use Cash Workspace to store or transmit unlawful content, malware, spam, or material that violates others' rights.
- Do not misuse templates, exports, or document workflows to misrepresent financial records.
Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but Cash Workspace may be interrupted, delayed, unavailable, changed, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always operate without error.
We may update the product, these terms, and related policies as the service evolves.
Termination
You may stop using Cash Workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if continued operation is not commercially or legally practical.
After termination, access to workspace data may be limited. Contact us promptly if you need help with export or deletion requests.
